Gecko® Nanoplast® is a silicone film with a thickness of about 0,34 mm and with microscopic elements on one of the sides: about 29.000 per cm².
These elements stick to any smooth and flat surface, even when wet, oily and soapy.
Thanks to Van der Waals forces we get an electrostatic interaction that creates an intermolecular attraction like a magnet.
It works on all flat and smooth surfaces such as: glass, varnished metal, marble, ceramic and plastic.
It can be supplied with or without adhesive. The adhesive type is suggested for testing or prototype production. The non-adhesive standard tape can be fixed with a very thin layer of acetic silicone that can be used like a common glue. We supply other fixing systems for specific applications.

Microplast® is a low profile, flexible film fastener having mushrooms as engaging elements. Depending on the application, Microplast® is available in Polypropylene (PP) or Polyamide (PA6 or PA12) formats.

Microplast®, a 3D film fastener, meets the high standards required by the market. This ultra-thin fastener adheres to all kinds of different frontal tapes, such as lock-loop or nonwovens. Klettostar®, a fastener for frequent opening and closing. Klettostar® is supplied with a wide range of high-performance, pressure sensitive adhesives. Rubber-based systems for quick and high adhesion, whilst acrylic adhesives have higher temperature and better ageing resistance. Also available are adhesives for low-energy surfaces, such us PE(polyethylene) or PP(polypropylene), as well as flame retardant ones.
Our adhesive laboratory employs state of the art analytical equipment like rheology, surface tension and computer tomography.

We develop and manufacture plastic profiles combined with our fastener systems, including co-extrusion. PVC is not used for enviromental reasons. Instead PVC our profiles are made from ABS, PC-ABS or Polyamide (Nylon) for example.
